It is making the news cycle today that Bill and Hillary Clinton have agreed to testify before a congressional committee regarding Jeffery Epstein. I can’t see how this is, in any way shape or form, a bad thing. If they have damning evidence, great! If they don’t know anything, well at least we got some contextual info for other investigations. Nevertheless there is some social buzz asking why Clinton needs to testify while Trump doesn’t.

The Leftist ideologues have spent so much time in the “Rules for thee but not for me” space that it’s difficult for them to understand the concept of justice for all. If Trump or anyone else who might have information is called to testify, he or she should. The rules need to be the same for everyone, or you don’t have a fair and just society. Nobody on the Right wants to “protect pedophiles”, that’s ridiculous. If anything, the Right hates pedophiles more than anyone.
It’s not justice for some, or justice for people you don’t like – it’s justice for all. And fortunately, we just so happen to have a system for that, called The Justice System. The Justice System can be frustrating as it moves so slowly. But do you want justice? Or do you want mob rule? Don’t make the mistake of thinking that just because you believe some people are special and get to do whatever they want that everybody wants the same thing. We don’t. If it turns out that Trump is a demon-worshiping, murdering, pedophile rapist, then I’ll be right there, advocating the death penalty. But there’s a long journey between theory and credible evidence, let alone arrest. Some people are just too intellectually lazy to make it.
